My name is Gennady
I help people evolve psychologically and become leaders in their respective fields. In my daily work, I am an independent researcher, content creator, and a keynote speaker at conferences and seminars. Up until 2013, my background includes service in the ISA (Shin Bet), a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences and Political Science from the Open University, and ownership of digital marketing and fitness businesses.

Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of mentoring thousands of students both in Israel and worldwide, through both in-person and digital platforms, leading deep developmental processes and therapist training programs. Today, I continue to share my insights with the world through seminars and social media. In 2026, I decided to establish the "Effect" Movement—aiming for a comprehensive national reform.

In 2016 At the age of 30, I experienced my first awakening. Since then, I have been leading people across mechanical bridges and physical-mental practices—ranging from nervous system regulation, circular breathing, and fasting, to dismantling deep-seated dramas and breaking the neurological loops of financial and self-expression blocks.
