The Book of Life & Death - prologue chapter My awakening journey hasn't been caused by gurus, spiritual retreats, visiting holy places and temples. I didn't relinquish and isolate myself from society, nor did I sit and meditate on some mountain in the Himalayas. My spiritual path revealed itself to me rather differently. There are many systems that men use in order to wake up spiritually, however none provides a complete approach. There are several known types of Yoga systems - ways and practices to get closer to God.

1. Karma Yoga - This is the Yoga of action. There is no better way to burn bad karma than good action driven by compassion and love. Bad karma is eliminated by good deeds, especially when nobody sees you doing so, for then it’s without personal interest or gain. Indeed, our actions are the most essential part of earth's initiation. There is no such thing as ransom illness or random conditions. The changing of external conditions demands inner psychological change. But understanding our mistakes is not enough. We need to act differently. Self healing & self inquiry will not come if there is no action. Actions create Karma, But also your speech, which is carrying a special combination of intentions, energetic constructions and emotional vibrations, all pointed out to a subject. Karma is created by action, speech and thoughts. A thought is a mental construction. Our thoughts produce mental matter in the fifth dimension. Every day our thoughts are being projected unconsciously. People identify with their thoughts and accept the mental violent and sexual fantasies and scenarios, and then later on they act upon it in the physical world. Thoughts don’t vanish into the air. They manifest themselves in the mental, astral and ethereal planes. A dirty mind will create much Karma, for all dimensions are corresponding with each other. Karma Yoga is a must have. Without karma Yoga we will not change our conditions, internally nor externally. Without action I wouldn't have experienced profound spiritual information or being able to reach and teach thousands of students. However we must always contemplate our actions, for every action will always draw a reaction. It would be very wise to meditate upon important actions that need to be taken later in life.

2. Bhakti Yoga - This is the Yoga of devotion. We devote ourselves to a deity or an idea. Some even devote themselves to their teachers and gurus, as they perceive those people as a direct representation of God. However there is a pattern that needs to be recognized. The very same students who adore their teacher at the beginning, are the same ones that will be angry with him along the road. The most enthusiastic aspirants are usually the first to get frustrated and leave the teachings, similar to loud people who are actually the weakest in any room. People start to hate their teachers especially when they don’t succeed in changing their own psychology or getting access to spiritual dimensions. Our demonic intellect compels us to envy and compare our progress to the success of others. I found that it is best not to rely on any teacher or system in particular. The best bhakti yoga I found for me is to simply devote myself to the most practical and effective ways to perceive and express objective truth. We sanctify our spiritual path and devote ourselves to the process. Bhakti yoga is the Yoga of the heart. Emotional healing comes only from love and compassion.

3. Jnana Yoga - This is the Yoga of the intellect. Intellectual curiosity is the starting point of every authentic spiritual awakening. You are reading today, which you will practice tomorrow. Intellect can help us but many times it stands in our way. The human brain is wired to physical survival, so it will use mental resources in favor of the 3th dimensional senses. While it is essential to purify our mind, the mind is the hardest cylinder to overcome. If the intellect is working intensively for too long, it will exhaust itself and experience problems later on. We must understand how to use the intellect in our favor because right now it is our biggest enemy. The biblical allegory of Cain killing Abel, is actually our intellectual reasoning that is killing the soul’s intuition. Yes it is important to learn, but you don't want to become an eternal student who just decorates himself with theories but not true knowledge. Theories are there not for blind acceptance, but for independent research and insights. Many human theories turned out to be incorrect, flawed, misleading to say the least. How many? nearly all of them. This is because human scientists and scholars are not using all the variables in their equations. You can measure size, impact, heat and velocity, you can count blood cells and observe hormonal secretion, but it doesn't give you all the data from the 4th, 5th and 6th dimension, which are the cause of every physical effect. Jnana Yoga is a good start for spiritual aspirants but you will quickly find out that books have a limitation. In fact, a large part of the Jnana Yoga inner work is not about learning new information intellectually, but rather unlearning most of it. You will eventually replace books entirely. You have to understand that for people who wish to attain real gnosis, books are just a secondary source of information. Most of the books are stories and ideas of others. Most books are there to distract us or to offer inspiration. However it is not the highest form of objective truth. The best objective information is gained via direct experience. It is crucial for us to unlearn our flawed patterns. It is done with mental alchemy, which is the true and correct form of Jnana Yoga. Our main mission is eliminating broken codes from our minds. We need to find the root cause of every mental abomination, track it dawn and ask the higher realms for each defect elimination. Jnana is also the first place we are introduced to universal ethics, which we later implement into our lives.

4. Kriya Yoga - This is The Yoga of sexual transmutation for single people. The number 12 is very important and relevant to spiritual awakening and the regeneration of our esoteric powers. The number 12 represents the 12 lost powers of the soul. Those microcosmic faculties are represented in the 12 signs of the zodiac in our macrocosmos, the 12 tribes of Israel, the 12 apostles and the 12 commandments. To activate those metaphysical faculties we need to balance our chakras and raise our kundalini force in the Sushumna energetic passage which is located along the spine. The sexual energy is the most potent energy we have within ourselves and we need to know how to transmute it correctly. Without proper transmutation work our fluids are spilled here and in the astral realm. We need to bear this force and transmute it into our heart and to the pineal gland. The Kriya Yoga technique is essentially an advanced form of Pranayam practice, which includes breathing pattern, intention, with the addition of special energetic locks called Bandhas. This is the slow way for raising the kundalini. Kriya Yoga can serve your path  only up to the point of major astral initiations. Kriya Yoga will bring you to pass only the minor initiations.

5. Raja Yoga - Raja Yoga is the combination of the last four systems together. All four systems will profoundly change your life but they have a clear limit. They won’t allow us to create our light bodies, or in other words solar bodies. In order to pass earth’s Initiation and to eliminate our Karma we need three major components. The first one is the creation of solar bodies. The second component is psychological death. The third component is Sacrifice. The four systems of Raja Yoga offer us mental and emotional transformations, but it will not create our solar bodies, that is why we need to work with Westem yoga, which was taught by Jesus, Magdalena, Moses and the apostles.

6. Western Yoga - Western Yoga is Sexual in essence, and is done by a daily practice with a legitimate spouse. In all big religions there is a precept of sexual abstinence, thus sexual matters became a forbidden and limiting topic. In the Jewish religion there is a commandment that orders not to spill the sperm in vain. However the believers today still don't quite understand the true meaning of this commandment, so they have sex only to produce children. For them there is no legitimate need to use sex, but to make more children. But this wasn’t the real meaning. The esoteric sexual work that was taught by Jesus and Moses is completely alchemical, and it tells us not to spill the seaman at all, not even for the making of children, for one drop of seaman does all the job we need. But the biggest difference is the sexual work itself, that includes daily full sexual contact with special mantras, and without spilling the seaman. Yes, in order to raise your kundalini energy you need to sacrifice your physical orgasms in favor of metaphysical orgasms, which are much less popular but much more strong and profound. What is going up the Sushumna passage is not the fluid itself but the etheric steam of it, the vapor. Imagine a lake. What happens when you heat the waters? Vapor will start to come out, and in turn this will produce a storm and eventually lightning. The same concept works with our kundalini. We heat the cosmic liquid with daily sexual work with no ejaculation. The result will be an intense trance state without losing a drop of energy or vitality.

7. My kind of Yoga - I call it the ‘letting myself be forever uncomfortable’ Yoga. Comfort leads to weakness in men, lacking will and distractions. Comfort can’t create skills, it won’t devote itself to self discovery. Comfort is a bad and lazy friend that will plant you at the same place and conditions. Everything that we have done or achieved in our life that had some value, wasn't comfortable to get to, and the fact that it was uncomfortable, is the sole reason that it has value in the first place. You see comfort is a paradox within itself, because if you wish for comfortable conditions like a nice house and land, you will have to perform many uncomfortable actions. Likewise if you choose a comfortable and lazy life in which you develop no special skills, the outcome will be a very uncomfortable life and conditions. In all my years I made sure to place myself in a very uncomfortable position that forced me to grow emotionally, creatively and spiritually. For me it is the best way to ignite and propel the inner drive to get better, to adjust, to improvise, to be more fluid and less mentally rigid. If you seek the truth, the truth will seek you in return. You will find it but you have to be ready for what you are about to discover about yourself and the universe. This approach includes all the latter systems combined together. You cannot really practice yoga unless you are living Yoga. For the Soul, the union with God is the most important task. However as humans we have many other preoccupations. We think about our own problems, money, desires, entertainment, and to most all this is much more important than some worthless spiritual awakening, not when you have cable tv, video games and available porn. This is all very comfortible, thus creating many humanoid losers. People waste all their time and energy on nonsense. Few are those who decide to sacrifice the world's temptations for the pursuit for truth. A Loser is a person who chose to lose the drive and the will to change his life and fight for the development of his soul. Obviously this approach demands us to choose our uncomforts wisely. We need to choose the right discomfort so we can grow and surpass our fears.
