The path to Nirvana - Patanjali's 8 limbs of yoga

The Book of Life & Death - part 16 Sexual Magic is mandatory for the completion of the construction of our solar soul bodies. White alchemy is for those who want to go through the straight and challenging path of spiritual awakening. This is our way to illuminate the bodies and living according to the universal laws. For those who wish to confront all their karma here and now, those are the ones who choose the path of the Bodhisattva. Those are the ones who come to endure suffering in order to help humanity. But the straight path that raises the kundalini 7 times is not the only path for spiritual awakeners. You can choose to take the nirvana route. This is the path taken by most of the world's famous yogis, who decided to live in limited enlightenment within various states of samadhi. The construction of the solar bodies under the spiral path is very slow and takes millions of years and reincarnations. without white alchemy one does not raise his Kundalini rapidly, but only to the degree which allows access to minor astral initiations only. The contribution of authentic yoga teachers to humanity is great, but most of them do not teach the straight path of Western yoga that was taught by Jesus. This is why they continue to reincarnate as spiral path teachers, with fairly favorable conditions life after life, but they do not burn all their karma since they do not open the gate to the human soul. Not everyone wants to face all the karma here and now in this life. Some people prefer to spread their lessons into longer installments and payments. On the one hand, such a deal sounds favorable provided the conditions are satisfactory, but on the other hand, multiple payments open up the possibility of creating multiple new karmas in the process. Those who are not ready to make a stand against their accumulated defects here and now, can turn to the spiral route. Not everyone who uses Patanjali's technology will raise their Kundalini 7 times in this life. With that being said, anyone who wants to start raising the kundalini, must know and practice the 8 limbs of Patanjali's yoga, the technology by means of which we enter meditation and raise the kundalini enough to start the great astral initiations. We must know how to calm our nervous system down and enter trance states that do not include beta wave brain activity, or in other words, intellect. Here the technology of the 8 limbs of yoga comes into use. This yogic method provides a map that gives us clear steps for spiritual enlightenment up to the degree of nirvana. It is our duty not only to read the principles intellectually, but to understand the esoteric meaning of each technique and how to properly apply it in order to progress through the stages of earthly initiation and to be freed from suffering.

The 8 arms of yoga

Ethics - We cannot progress through the initiation stages if we do not have sufficient levels of internal ethics. Ethics is not the same as morality. Morality is always linked to human laws or ideology, while ethics comes from intuition, compassion, kindness and humility. Morality will make us do what we are told, no matter how true it is. Ethics will lead us to do what is right, no matter what we are told. People like to put on a mask of being pure and holy, walking around with beautiful and shiny coverings, while their inner psychology is ruined and full of filth, violence and envy. The first 2 stages of yoga are linked to ethics. The method offers us 5 principles for active ethical action and 5 principles of traits that should be avoided. However, it is very important not to read the words literally, but to understand the esoteric meaning behind each principle.1. Yamas - internal ethics - traits that should be avoidedAhimsa - non-violenceExternal non-violence is a trivial matter. Of course, ethics includes the obvious choice of non-violence towards the external reality, but this is not the esoteric meaning of ahimsa. Every moment you avoid the esoteric work, every moment you don't work on your psychological defects, you are being violent towards yourself, towards your soul and spirit. When you project violence to the outside, in that exact moment you are violence yourself. When you do not work on yourself mentally and emotionally, you are not the only one who suffers your psychological defects. Your whole environment suffers together with you. The violence in you happens not only through actions, but also through speech and thought. All matter, whether it’s cellular, molecular or atomic in the mental world, operates under the same rules of karma. In order for us not to be violent to the outside, it is our duty first not to be violent to ourselves. This violence is a direct result of egoic voices getting what they want. Internal violence is an unconscious decisions that are a product of self-destruction and constant feeding of dormant voices which are precisely psychological defects. We must understand our violent psychological defects through meditation and burn them with the Kundalini energy.Satya - lack of falsehood to self - absolute honestyHere too, the esoteric intention is not aimed at you not lying to people. Of course living through lies produces a life full of karma. The esoteric meaning is to be honest with yourself. Don't lie to yourself. People today are living in a lie. They are governed by different egos, with different drives and urges, to experience pleasure or avoid pain. As long as you let psychological defects rule you, you are a slave and living a lie. As long as you submit to external authorities, you are living a lie. You are giving your energy to an external source that manages the time and conditions of your life. Intuitive honesty guides you to make changes, while inner lies convinces you to stay in the same comfortable and familiar place in life, without taking risks that will make you evolve. Inner dishonesty produces inner shame and violence. It produces guilt for giving up divine principles in favor of material benefits. It's time to get out of the intellectual and survival mechanics, and wake up to new possibilities in life. Everyone has a talent that is waiting to be menifested. Inner honesty leads people to engage in independent and courageous creation, despite the opposition of external voices. Inner lies lead to the death of passion, in favor of comfort that does not lead to spiritual development. If you are being honest with yourself moment to moment, you will be able to implement great changes in life, without holding yourself back due to the whims of others.

Asteya - lack of theftThe intention in this section is not to steal from yourself the possibility to undergo healing and awaken revolutionary spirituality. People are naively confident that they have all the time in the world to produce development and changes in life. They are wrong. If they regained their metaphysical faculties they would know that fact that we really don't have time. Without direct guidance from spirit, no one really knows when their karma will end in the current body. That's why no one knows how urgent and critical the matter is. No one is worried about the giant fire in the background. Everyone takes solace in the fact that they have a few more moments to indulge in their urges, before the fire reaches their private yard. At every moment when you let the drama of the matrix influence your mental and emotional state, you lower your emotional frequency and accept illusions. You steal the awakening from yourself, when you chase pleasures and satisfaction of desires. When you stop treating your time with disdain, you start investing it in things that really matter.Brahmacharya - living like God - not wasting the cosmic energyMost people who study yoga think that this section indicates Calibicy, that is, avoiding sexual contact in order to preserve the sexual energies. Some yoga gurus teach their students complete abstinence from sexual contact. A similar phenomenon also exists in religions that prohibit sex without the purpose of procreation. This is a serious mistake that produces exactly the opposite effect - sexual abnormalities and psychological sexual problems. People who avoid sexual contact suffer internally, while at the same time they have to conceal their problems so that they can appear fine in public. Those are false and dangerous guidance that brings people to obscene thoughts, dormant consciousness and evil actions, as they fail to restrain their sexual energy, with no inner work of understanding their desires or any sexual transmutation. Both religious and spiritual monks suffer from such problems. Those who manage to transform a certain level of sexual energies without sexual contact, do not complete the initiations and are forced to return again to human form until the ascension is completed. There are 2 types of Brahmacharya. One is lunar and the other is solar. Lunar Brahmacharya, is unconscious abstinence from intercourse. This is not alchemy and the amount of transmutation a person can do is limited. Most people do not know the Kriya Yoga techniques for sexual transmutation for singles, so they are left with no sexual transformation at all. This of course produces great damage, nocturnal wetting and uncontrollable psychological problems. Solar Brahmacharya happens only after we complete all major astral initiations and ascend back to Eden. When we return to Eden in the 4th dimension, at some point we no longer need to have sexual alchemy, and this is how we attain solar Brahmacharya. At the same time, in order to raise the kundalini of the solar soul bodies, we must apply sexual alchemy daily.Aparigraha - generosity - non-attachmentIt is difficult to find people who are not emotionally attached to status, power, family members, money, material, or reputation. So many different threads that drive triggers for internal dramas are directed towards maintaining status and the perception of others. How many people in history have died for an ideology they did not understand? How many young men died because of the unconscious whims of clergy, politics and the military? People become attached to ideology and belief, and especially to limiting beliefs about themselves and their purpose in this world. When religions and ideologies reduce human worth to the level of a grain of sand, it is very easy for the average person to be drawn into terrible feelings of disgrace and shame. But that only means that the main purpose of any ideology is working. People become slaves to ideas and that is exactly how classes are created. People get attached to a false idea and then fight to the death to defend it. This is a great deception. You are not going to take with you anything physical that you have accumulated in this life. The only thing that remains after you pass is the values with which you ended your current karma. In order to accumulate good karma and dharma, ethics and soul transcendence are the main things that should drive your mental and physical actions in the world. Generosity is the main way to create good karma. Giving that does not require a reward in return.

2. Niyamas - principles of internal ethics work

Saucha - Purification

Of course, this does not mean purifying the house or purifying the food or purifying the body. All these will be natural consequences of internal purification. Watch how many people are struggling to change their habits. It is because they didn't comprehend them right. In order to purify ourselves internally we need to apply the work of emotional alchemy, mental alchemy and sexual energetic alchemy. The higher alchemy is the one that will help us purify our system from psychological defects or in other words, the many egos that exist and constitute the subconscious. Only radical inner purification will lead to an authentic spiritual transformation. We must apply and practice the work of mental, emotional and sexual alchemy every day, since it is the most important thing we must accomplish during a human life, and especially because we do not know when the present karma will come to an end. In order for us to fully purify our system, we must live according to universal principles and sacrifice all the ego principles that have been integral parts of our identity until now. Only when we reach a sufficient degree of inner purification, we are allowed to begin astral initiations and Kundalini ascensions. We will expand on the different types of alchemy when we get to the chapter on the stages of alchemy and the practical application in everyday life.

Santosha - Inner satisfaction: being content with what is

The only way you can accept your reality and be satisfied with what is, is if you do and produce what you love, what you have a talent for, what your heart calls and beats for. Intellectual reasoning will block and limit you from being happy in life. You will be happy in life only when you allow yourself to be representatives of love, through the expression of your independent creation, art and light. How will you be representatives of love, if you do not absolutely love what you do and produce daily? How will you absolutely and freely love what you do and produce, if it is not your initiative and independent creation? There is a reason you have certain skills and talents. No ability comes randomly and without purpose. Such skills are usually the result of dharma and rich experience in many previous lives. Have you asked yourself why you love the talents that exist in you? What is the reason that your skills provide you with a rich source of joy and enthusiasm? You must listen to your heart and soul, and illuminate your secret talents to the status of full expression in your lives. People will try to turn you off or follow you. If you let external voices influence your inner voice, you will never reach a state of inner satisfaction. The greatest inner satisfaction is being the manager and owner of your life, in all levels, starting with income, decision-making or any other way you decide to invest time and energy. True inner satisfaction comes from listening to the soul and spirit. Inner satisfaction comes from inner authority.

Tapas - modesty, humility, simplicity

A simple life will reward you with a rhythm that better suits the rhythms of the soul. The principle of Tapas reminds us to lower the levels of pride and live a life where our actions are used for healing and helping others. Through humility we are not tempted to listen to psychological defects, but to the higher voice of our inner spirit. Spirit is the only one who can guide us directly to correct actions. The egos want completely different things. They don't want to die, so they will do everything to convince us to live arrogantly and gluttonously. But in practical spirituality less is more. It is better for us to have fewer friends in terms of quantity, but with more value in terms of quality. Through the ethics of Tapas we understand that we run in place. We have no real destination to reach, except to enlighten the soul and the spirit.

Svadhyaya - self study -

The investigation of the self is the most important work of awakening. Only when we know our true self, only after we have explored all the psychological defects in all 49 levels of the subconscious, only then do we gain access to the secrets of the universe and all the mysteries concerning the doctrines of life and death. This is the true meaning of the famous phrase ‘Know Thyself’. When we understand our entire subconscious through deep meditation, we learn to recognize all those aspects and voices that prevent us from states of concentration and inner peace. We must practice meditation every day in order to accustom our body to go into trance states and receive direct information. All esoteric study ultimately begins from intellectual teachings and principles and then proceeds to practical intuitive application. Self knowledge up to the required levels of depth cannot come from reading books alone. We need to use the intellectual principles in order to practice the receiving of direct information through inner dimensions. This is the most honest, authentic and accurate knowledge you can get. At the same time, without working on psychological defects, the information received through meditation is contaminated with desires, fear and identifications, and therefore the information is received in an inaccurate manner. If you want to receive direct and pure information, you first need to understand all those voices of the egos that prevent it. The esoteric work of mental, emotional and sexual alchemy are the most important and urgent.

Ishvara Pranidhana - surrender and sacrifice

The fastest way to burn the karma and finish human initiation is to dedicate our life to the divine will completely. Dedicate our lives to helping other people. But to be a solution for others, means that first you are not a problem to yourself. As you do the esoteric inner work, know that you are not the only ones who benefit. Listening to the calls of your heart and soul to help others with your abilities and skills, opens up an unusual possibility for you to live an interesting life full of inner authority and self-satisfaction

3. Asana Asana means posture. Most people in the western world today go to asana classes, which include training in acrobatic poses, building core muscles, flexibility, physical elasticity and more. The benefits of the Asana are not enough to bring people to spiritual enlightenment. This is actually a very early stage in Patanjali's yoga technology, which does not actually include any training poses and acrobatics. Turning the asana into classes is an invention of the last centuries only. The meaning of the asana practices is to lead people into specific postures, each of which symbolizes some aspect of spiritual enlightenment. However, this is not the original meaning of the asana. Asana is a posture that we apply in order to prepare ourselves for meditation and for full connection with God. When I tell my students to enter asana, they know very well that I am not calling for the performance of a physical exercise, but entering a comfortable sitting or lying position, where we can relax the muscles and tissues, and enter a relaxed and meditative state. As soon as we reach a comfortable position from which we do not need to move anymore, we allow ourselves entry into the organic internet of the cosmos. Calmness is of utmost importance in union with God. Without rest, our mind keeps jumping from thought to thought, like an angry rabbit that needs to raise its feelings of inner pride every few minutes. Only when we reach a state of absolute physical silence and without movement, we begin the process of entering meditative trance states and receiving information. At the same time, we still have several steps to complete until we reach a direct connection with creation.

4. Pranayama Pranayama is the last stage where we use our physical faculties for healing and receiving information. Like the misapprehension and misuse of asana, the pranayama also suffers from a misconception. People perceive pranayama as breathing exercises to balance the nervous system. We can indeed use a variety of breathing exercises in order to apply certain manipulations to calm the nervous system, with the help of techniques that activate the parasympathetic system, which is responsible for proper immune levels, digestion, communication and relaxation. In addition we can also perform emotional healing techniques with the help of which we activate the sympathetic system in a controlled manner, in order to release Emotional blockages and traumas. However, these are only positive side effects caused by conscious activation of human technology. Yet Pranayama has a secret role much more significant than balancing the nervous system, and it is the transformation of the sexual energies.Pranayama can be divided into 4 main categories: A. Practicing modern pranayama - breathing techniques that can be used in a variety of ways to change the chemistry and balance the nervous system. - The passive breath is our standard breath. It is affected by mood, stress and tension levels and mental projections from the subconscious. The average person today does not know how to use the technology of breathing in order to balance themselves, and instead of performing conscious active actions with the help of breathing, they increase and accelerate the pressure levels with unconscious breathing in the form of hypoventilation, meaning a poor entry of oxygen into the system, or hyperventilation, an intense air entry and uncontrolled oxygen to the system. Only when we begin to practice conscious breathing, do we become aware of our passive breathing rhythms. Only through repeated practice do we change and wire the breathing patterns to act differently. With each slowing of our standard breath count, we begin to receive accelerated metaphysical information.

- Semi-passive breathing happens while being aware of the breath, without any manipulation or technique being used. It is a breath that is especially cherished in the practices of mindfulness or Vipassana. - Semi-active breathing is widely used in martial arts, singing, competitive sports or any other action that requires active participation and support of the respiratory system. - The modern pranayama exercises begin with active breathing, and include techniques such as full breathing, Sama vritti, purification breathing, 4:7:8, 4:4:4, box breathing and more. Using breathing techniques is simple if you understand the rules: Whenever we want to balance the system, we use techniques where inhalation and exhalation are applied equally. Whenever we want to activate the sympathetic system we use techniques with an emphasis on inhalation. Whenever we want to activate the parasympathetic system we use techniques with an emphasis on exhalation. - Active breathing includes more intense techniques for entering a state of light trance through the activation of the sympathetic or parasympathetic system. - Extra active breathing includes breathing techniques for resetting the nervous system through sympathetic activation and entering medium trance states. A well-known technique is WHM or energy breathing. B. Traditional pranayama - includes more complex breathing techniques to stimulate the digestive system, balance the elements in the body, preparation for meditative states, activation of the parasympathetic system and more. Familiar techniques will be Nadi Shodhana, Ojjayi, Bramhari, Bhastrika, Kapalbati, Kaki Mudra, yogic breathing and more. The traditional pranayama teaches energy locks - bandhas that can be applied in order to transform the energy in the Sushumna passage, the energetic passage along the axis of the spine. The traditional pranayama exercises exist as a preparation for the practice of advanced pranayama for sexual transformation. C. Super active pranayama -

This refers to circular breathing techniques such as rebearthing, holotropic breathing, connected breathing, chakra breathing, shamanic breathing and more. Super active breathing techniques are performed in order to enter deep trance states through the activation of the sympathetic system. This is one of the most effective forms of releasing emotional blockages and traumas that we have not yet dealt with, in order to become fully integrated. In my work with clients, I have trained hundreds of people in the practice of pranayama and circular breathing. Many people are too afraid to face their fears. They prefer to take pills and have conversations with shrinks instead of venting, crying and shaking their pain out. Animals know how to release traumas from the system in an effective and completely intuitive way, by shaking the body with tremors. They return to completely normal activity after trauma. Unfortunately, people have forgotten how to consciously use this technology, and therefore they are victims at the mercy of Pharma industries. Over the years I have discovered that a combination of Breathwork and TRE techniques to activate tremors in the pelvic area, accelerates the discharge of emotional pain. Performing circular breathing techniques is simple but many people are afraid of what they can see in a trance state and therefore run away from the emotional work. They prefer to go to therapists who sit next to them like babysitters instead of learning how to do the work independently. They put the responsibility on other people, jump from therapist, to teacher, to shaman without knowing how to do emotional, mental and energetic work themselves. It's a mistake. Every child needs to know how to balance the nervous system and do emotional work. Not knowing those techniques is not taking responsibility. D. Sexual transformation - Kriya Yoga Sexual transmutation for singles is performed by practicing Kriya Yoga, an advanced pranayama method whose purpose is to transmute sexual energies into the pineal gland and to open the metaphysical faculties. Kriya Yoga is a protocol that includes techniques of Kriya Pranayama, Kriya Supreme Fire, Kriya Bow, Yoni Mudra and Maha Mudra. The techniques include using bandhas locks to force the energies to rise up. Transmutation of sexual energies is the true meaning of pranayama. This is the main purpose for which we perform Kriya Yoga protocols. For many yogis, this is the path to complete liberation and enlightenment of the bodies. It's a mistake. This practice prepares us for states of meditation. The second stage after the active protocol, is passive meditative rest through which information is received. The transmutation exists to transform the cosmic energies we store into higher faculties. Prana is life energy. Yama is the action we do in order to leverage the energy of life to our needs. However, there is a limit to the degree of transmutation through Kriya practice. The only way through which we illuminate the soul bodies is sexual transmutation through white sexual alchemy. All those yogis who did not practice white alchemy are going to return to new bodies, until the creation of the solar soul bodies is completed.Correct practice of pranayama at all levels and types is essential and mandatory. Not knowing how to use the body's technology is unnecessary ignorance. All the healing, the understanding, the insights, the venting of the grief and the traumas, all must go through an internal transformation in order to be released. The pranayama is the last stage where we use active actions. The last 4 branches of yoga deal with a metaphysical experience.

5. Pratyahara This is the least talked about of the branches of yoga that are known to the collective. Pratyahara is the inward retreat stage. When you go deep in contemplation without paying attention to external distractions around you, when you dedicate yourself to one and only action - this is Pratyahara. Because people do not know how to practice pranayama and balance themselves energetically, mentally and emotionally, most of them do not reach the stage of Pratyahara. In order to achieve a state of Pratyahara before meditation, we need to close our eyes and avoid external stimuli of sight, hearing or touch. The emphasis changes from an active practice of breathing to an in-depth scan of our inner state. Pratyahara can be actively performed with open eyes when we are mentally devoted to one action, task or creation. People walk down the street today and instead of walking, their thoughts are like a storm, dramas and inner wars of pride. The same happens when they eat, play sports or with family. The mental system is under chronic stress and multitasking. The average person deals with external stimuli all day and does not invest in internal deepening. People do not allow themselves to sit quietly and rest, thus wearing out the system day by day until the end of karma. Not only does the system experience no rest, a lack of psychological inner depth does not allow us to resolve conflicts and move forward. Every creation you experience in the physical world happened mentally before, through the channeling of a creator, no matter if it is music, software, a game or a car. Everything physical was first created in someone's mental system. Someone was smart enough to sit down and think without being interrupted by others. The same person did not let anyone distract him even when he was performing actions. When you are in writing, in an intuitive flow of creation, when you focus on one specific task without interruption, you are practicing Pratyahara. This is a state of flow that can be performed with eyes closed or open. 6. दहरना - Dharana The sixth stage refers to a state of meditative deepening on an object or psychological defect, while the attention with the object is not yet consistent and continuous. Without consistent practice, every time we approach to practice meditation, our mental system goes wild. The mind runs to tasks, conflicts and problems, just so that we don't recognize the internal defects and our subconscious. In order to speed up the level of meditation, it is recommended to perform breathing techniques that activate the parasympathetic system such as Ujjay breathing. Techniques with an emphasis on exhalation slow down the heartbeat and calm the system. These special techniques are called HRV - changing heart rate variability, and BPV - blood pressure variability. At the beginning of the meditation practice it is difficult to get information. Our mental system is scattered. A consistent practice of meditation leads to receiving better quality of information. During the introspection phase our brain waves will operate on alpha. We will receive information but it will be flawed and scattered. The mental system is still working so the subconscious mind intervenes. 7. Dhyana This is the stage where real meditation happens. The brain waves shift to theta and we can get deep information about the object we are aiming at. This stage requires complete physical and mental relaxation. It is easy to fall asleep during the meditation stage and not remember the information afterwards. Everyone is chasing cosmic information or information about people, but the most important meditation we must do every day is meditation on the psychological defects. In a state of Dhyana we can get to the root of conflicts or pain from a past life, we can project ourselves into the astral world or inquire about our karma at the Tribune of Anubis. At the same time, you will not be able to see or receive clean information if you do not first release the psychological defects that prevent you from seeing and receiving coherently. As you continue to do the esoteric work and understand your subconscious, little by little a transformation will occur. Layers of the ego will die and make room for the conscious. We must make our subconscious conscious. Entering meditation states for guidance should be immediate. Before you know the secrets of the cosmos you must know and know yourself. He who knows himself knows the cosmos. The entire macrocosm exists within the microcosm. Only those who know themselves, that is, have done in-depth work on all their psychological defects, seen the root of karma and understood the subconscious, only those who change themselves after understanding, receive the secrets of life from death. The purpose of the practice is to make the whole day a meditation. To be meditative as a being. Authentic yogis are in meditation all the time. When you practice going into theta states, it trains and wires the system to be more theta. On theta you can communicate, learn from masters, see past lives and receive messages from beings. The more you raise your Kundalini, the clearer the messages and guidance will be. 8. Samadhi According to Patanjali's 8 arms of yoga, this is the last stage in the Yoga technology. In the previous stage we receive information about an object, but in the last stage we merge with the object completely. In Samadhi states the separation of object versus subject disappears. We come out of our body into a state of temporary enlightenment and merging with the concept we are meditating on. Through Samadhi one can merge with plants, animals, people, planets, stars, space or more amorphous concepts such as anger, abundance, love, grief, hatred, enlightenment and the like. Most people who practice meditation go in and out of Samadhi states to return with or without information. During Samadhi the brain is on delta waves. In order to come back with information we need to remain in a conscious state while the body is in a deep sleep. This is the condition where yogis can sit without moving for months. Samadhi states are very special. These are the most intense spiritual experiences in terms of understanding and progress. It is possible to merge with objects, see the journey of the soul, experience the void, the nothingness that contains everything. There are certain masters who have reached the state of Maha Samadhi - that is, consistent and continuous Samadhi. These people go around without their previous personalities and act as teachers and healers. Advanced states of consistent samadhi are called Turiya. Torrey has 3 levels of depth.

According to Patanjali's 8 steps, when we reach samadhi we experience enlightenment and get out of karma, however this is not true. Reaching samadhi states does not require an understanding of all our defects or an elevation of kundalini. As we raise the kundalini, entering samadhi states becomes easier. Kundalini rises with Kriya Yoga practices for singles. This is the slow and limited way. You can raise the Kundalini with Kriya Yoga only up to the level of minor astral initiations. Entering the great initiations, which we will explain in later stages, requires white alchemy. Creation of the soul bodies, the astral body, the mental body, the human soul and the connection to our divine soul and spirit, all this is accomplished only by white alchemy. White alchemy is the direct and fastest route to the rise of Kundalini. White alchemy is sexual magic and complete sexual work without ejaculation. Patanjali's technology is suitable for those who want to take the path of nirvana. This is the spiral path of spiritual awakening. It is faster than the collective. The reincarnations are more pleasant but repeat with the same mechanics until the completion of the 7 bodies of the soul. Patanjali's  Limbs of Yoga is an important beginning practice. In order to get out of human karma we have to take the straight and hard path. The route of the bodhisattva.
